Untangling the language of paper manufacturing
Global giant Domtar was in the market for a new content partner — and I ticked all of the boxes. Together, we worked to transform dense technical copy into engaging content designed to speak to a worldwide audience.
During my time at Domtar, no project was off limits. Starting with some intensive briefing from the communications team, I made sure I understood Domtar's values, culture, brand personality and USPs. From there, I worked closely with the team to refresh brand guidelines and develop copy for the company's website, recruiting materials, annual report and sustainability update.
Once Domtar's copy was rejuvenated, I worked to create a content strategy for the launch of the company's online newsroom.
